Hi, I'm Tiew! 🌿

After receiving 5-star reviews for my Thai desserts, I'm finally taking my childhood passion to the next level bringing Tiew's Thai Table to life right here in Southam.

For years, I've been cooking Thai food for friends and family. They kept telling me "You should do this for real!" So here I am, sharing my love for authentic Thai cuisine with the wider community. 🌶️

I grew up in my mum's noodle shop in Mae Moh, Lampang a small town in Northern Thailand where food was more than just a meal.

My mother would cook for our neighbours and serve them on trust, collecting payment at the end of the month on payday. She taught me that food is kindness. That a good meal brings people together. And that great cooking isn't just about ingredients it's about practice, precision, and love.

I lost my mum nine years ago. But every time I cook her recipes, she feels close. Every dish carries her spirit and my heart. This is homemade food that truly tastes of home. 🙏
